All domain names listed on our Site are offered for sale. The listed prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By making an offer on a domain name, you are not guaranteed to purchase the domain. All offers are subject to review and acceptance by us or the domain owner.

3. Domain Transfers

Upon acceptance of an offer and receipt of payment, we will initiate the domain transfer process. The buyer is responsible for cooperating with the transfer process and providing any necessary information to complete the transfer.

Domain transfers typically take 5-7 business days to complete but may take longer depending on the registrar and other factors outside of our control.

4. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the domain transfer process begins. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Site.

For certain premium domains, we may offer payment plans. The terms of such payment plans will be agreed upon in writing before any transaction takes place.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.
